Yesterday I had the honor of cooking Bruegger’s Bagels with their head Chef, Philip Smith.  I learned what ingredients go into making a bagel, how they are kettled and then baked and then I got to show Chef Smith some of my recipes.  I know you would love to know as well so soon I will be sharing by day at Bruegger’s with you!
