Had a fantastic day at the Apex City Pig Fest 2014. Thanks to Mr. Don Harwell, KCBS Board of Directors, I was able to cook with Mr. Bobby Roberts and his wife Belinda on team, “Two Old Men and a Grill” I got to cook with him all day and take the dishes up for judging. We won 5th place for our ribs…they were delicious!! Mom and I also volunteered with the Apex Sunrise Rotary Club make dinner plates with donated pork butts that were sold at the festival.
