Had so much fun being the MC again for this fantastic event that I helped to establish years ago. My contributions have been fundraising and helping to coordinate volunteers.
Alzheimer’s Run in Wilmington NC. My Nana died of this horrible disease and disowned my mom. It was a very emotional day for us as well as hearing about the other family stories.
Judging special cooking contests at NC State Fair
Apex Community Center has given me the opportunity to be on many sports over the years. Thanks to mom and dad for being coaches and hosting the end of year parties.
President of Pink Ribbon Club 2018/2019
Having participated in the Susan G. Komen race since the age of two with my parents running with me in a stroller, this cause has a special place in my heart. One of my relatives had to have a double mastectomy and I have run to support our families friends who have battled this vicious disease. Having been a member of the Pink Ribbon Club for many years at my high school, I am this years President. We have a great group of members and look forward to serving the community and families. Thank you to my NC State sister, Alexis, to introducing me to this club.
Turkey Trot at Hampstead Kiwanians Park. My Platform is raising money for the park with engraved brick pavers.
