Had a great day cooking at the Apex Farmer’s Market. My samples were a hit. Thanks to Ms. Debbie for having me. The vendors donated the ingredients for me to cook three dishes. I made egg salad with bacon with a delicious home made mustard. The second dish was ground chicken with home grown veggies served in scoop cups. Finally for desert was a pound cake layered desert with fruit and whipped cream which I showed how to make from cream.
