I have been selected as a one of ten national finalists in the Loukoumi’s Celebrity Cookbook ‘Favorite Childhood Recipe’ Contest for her Bird Lasagna recipe. My video is featured on their Facebook page. If I were to be selected as the winner, my recipe would be featured in a Loukoumi cookbook which benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Chefs for Humanity which will also include recipes by celebrities. I would also get to cook my recipe with Iron Chef Cat Cora.
The video with the most “likes” on the LOUKOUMI facebook page will count for 1/3 of the vote. The other 2/3 will be selected by their judging panel. You can also “like” the LOUKOUMI facebook page itself so you can follow the results. The final winner will be announced in September.
