I am so proud and excited to tell you that my Bird Lasagna recipe, which uses turkey or chicken and some secret vegetables has been selected as one of ten finalists to be featured in a cook book written by Nick Katsoris, who is a famous author of kids books as well as a celebrity cook book.  My video will be featured one day next week, August 13th thru the 23rd on the Loukoumi Facebook page.
